Add leads with a next follow-up date and see exactly who to call today — overdue first — with one-tap call and WhatsApp buttons. Built for teams that sell on the phone.
- Free · no signup
- Works offline
- One-tap WhatsApp
- Data stays on your phone
+Add a lead
Paste many leads at once
One lead per line: Name, Phone, Stage, Date. Copy straight from Excel/Google Sheets (tabs work too). Stage and date are optional — date can be 2026-09-30 or 30/09/2026.
🔒 Your leads stay on this phone. They are saved in this browser only — never uploaded. Another phone or browser will not see them, and clearing browser data deletes them. Export a CSV now and then as a backup.

DukaanKit CRM · early access
Stop losing leads in diaries and chats.
This tool is a start. DukaanKit CRM keeps every lead, stage and follow-up in one list for the whole team — with a Today list, one-tap call outcomes, and an Android Calls app that turns each call into a note. Meta lead-ad leads land in it automatically.
- Today’s follow-ups
- Call → note
- Team view
- Meta lead ads
A simple follow-up system that fits on your phone
Most sales are lost not because the customer said no, but because nobody called back. This planner keeps one rule: every open lead has a next follow-up date. Each morning, open it and work top to bottom:
- Overdue — dates already passed. Call these first; they are going cold.
- Today — everyone you promised to call today.
- Upcoming — sorted by date, so you can see the week ahead.
After each call, tap +1d / +3d / +7d to set the next date, or change the stage to Won or Lost to close the lead. A lead without a next step is a lead you will forget.
How to use it with Excel or Google Sheets
Copy rows with Name, Phone, Stage and Date columns and paste them into “Paste many leads”. Export back to CSV any time — the file opens in Excel and Google Sheets.
Where your data lives
Leads are stored in your browser's local storage on this device only. Nothing is uploaded to DukaanKit. That keeps it private, but it also means your team cannot see it and it is gone if you clear browser data — export a CSV backup regularly. When the whole team needs one shared list, that is what a CRM is for.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my leads saved?
Only in this browser on this phone or computer (local storage). They are never uploaded. Clearing browser data or switching phones will not bring them back, so export a CSV backup regularly.
How often should I follow up with a sales lead?
A common rhythm is day 1, day 3, day 7 and then weekly until the lead says yes or no. Every open lead should always have a next follow-up date.
Can I import leads from Excel?
Yes. Copy rows (Name, Phone, Stage, Date) from Excel or Google Sheets and paste them into “Paste many leads”. Dates can be written as 2026-09-30 or 30/09/2026.
Does the WhatsApp button send messages automatically?
No. It opens WhatsApp with a follow-up message typed for that lead — you check it and press send yourself.
Can my sales team share this list?
No — this free planner is for one person on one device. For a shared lead list with stages, call notes and a team Today view, use a CRM such as DukaanKit CRM.
Is it free?
Yes, completely free with no signup and no limit on leads.
