DukaanKit ("we", "our", "the app") is a business management application developed by KineticxHub. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: Phone number, email address, and a 4-digit PIN (stored as a hashed password).
• Business data: Business name, type, city, and Instagram handle (provided during onboarding).
• Operational data: Orders, products, stock, customers, expenses, staff attendance, and menu items you create within the app.
• Device data: A randomly generated device identifier for subscription management (no hardware identifiers are collected).

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the DukaanKit service — billing, stock tracking, POS, and financial reports.
• To authenticate your account and secure your data.
• To enforce subscription and plan limits.
• To sync data between your device and our servers when internet is available.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with Row Level Security (RLS) — meaning only you can access your business data.
• Data is also cached locally on your device (IndexedDB) for offline access.
• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• We do not store your PIN in plain text — it is hashed before storage.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party. Your business data is yours alone. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You can view all your data within the app at any time.
• Export: CSV export is available for orders, customers, and stock (Pro plan).
• Deletion: Contact us to request complete account and data deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

DukaanKit is a business application intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
